Is this battery equivalent to a GT12 B-4 which is the requirement of my Yamaha YZFR1 1999 and lies flat under the seat?

Yes Bosch Motorcycle Battery 10AS YTX12-BS will be suitable for your vehicle. However the GT12B-4 is slightly smaller in height and has much higher cold cranking amps.

No. If you have a Mito 50 it's the YB4L-B (965426). If you have the Mito 125 then it’s the YB9-B. (965392) Both of which are available in your local store.

No it will not fit. You require the YTZ10S-BS which is available through special order in your local store. Alternate part number is 508901015 for a Bosch Battery.
