I have taken the end off but cannot get the batteries out. What do I need to do?

In a seated position grip the torch tightly
and with the end of the torch removed bring the arm of the hand holding the torch down
to strike your leg about the middle of the thigh.
The downward momentum once stopped by the striking of your thigh should dislodge the batteries and they should fall out.
Make sure the batteries fall down ward to ward the floor. so they will not harm any one if they fly out a bit fast. Hope this helps

This torch is 14cm in length and takes 3 x AAA batteries which are included
