No, this will not fit into the boot well of a 2005. Please check that your car is a Mark 1 as they didn't manufacture Mark 1s in 2005.

Yes the battery is not oversized so it will fit.
If you purchace a larger battery, then it wouldn't fit into the 'Well'.

The battery will have sufficient charge to start the car. The alterator will then fill it to capacity as you use the car.

I bought a battery hb063 from you for peugeot 206 but the battery is not as high as the previous one, bar does not hold it in place
I bought a battery hb063 from you for peugeot 206 but the battery is not as high as the previous one. On the original battery the bar across the top held is securely in place but it is too high to reach the new one, so it seems possible the battery may move around a little, is this normal, is it a problem?

Use a non-metalic packing (Wood) to make up the gap between battery and the securing plate and tighten down so it can't move.

Yes it is a sealed battery.
It's still charged up in the normal way.
You can charge on 'Normal' but any battery is always best charged on 'Low' over 24 hours, this prevents over heating and buckling the plates.
Always do a low charge for a longer period if possible.
