I really like this machine, but the only thing putting me off buying it, is I cannot find a patio cleaner attachment. Do you do one, or is there one that will fit this unit from a different manufacturer?

I have a patio cleaner don't waste your time use the turbo spinning lance much better than the bespoke cleaner

Do you supply an adapter to fit a quicklock hosepipe. The plastic hosepipe supplied cannot be tightened up as you cannot get your fingers round it, and the picture on the box shows a black connecter

I found I had to connect a short piece of hose to the original connector on the washer. On the other end of this short hose I fitted a hozelock type connector. In this way I am able to use the same hose for outdoor use and to connect it to the washer. The connector is a bit difficult to tighten. Use a a pair of adjustable pipe grips to do the tightening but do not overtighten its only plastic !.

If you mean the standard house tail that feeds mains water pressure to the pressure washer then providing the thread is the same (this is the same thread as use by hozelock and many others) then I cannot see why a quicklock adaptor could not be fitted. Unfortunately Halfords do not supply such fittings.

How can I get spare parts for HP2400

The parts I need are the two plastic pieces that connect the metal water inlet tube of the pressure washer to the mains water supply hose. The thread on the male one has stripped and the two bits part company when the trigger on the gun is released.
