yes it can be used as long as the fixed seatbelt is used

Yes this can be used with out a booster seat as it is fitted to the seat belt and just makes sure that the belt is fitted nicely.

It a legal requirement for any child under the age of 12 or up to 135cm to use a child seat. This can still be used with a booster seat.

you can try this one, but there are a couple of other seatbelt cushions for adults that are more than suitable - I use a normal padded seat belt cushion and it helps

The seat belt adjuster can be used on any seat, front or back and it will help with your problem as now my son wears the seat belt correctly as the belt no longer cuts into him.
