I found it takes about two days to go completely hard. I used the bike "lightly" after the first day. I applied the putty to a hot exhaust to speed hardening.

answer 3
Most people recommend leaving it overnight, running the engine at idling speed for 10 minutes or so after applying the fix will help it harden, but still leave it a good few hours before running the engine at too higher speed otherwise the pressure is likely to push the plug out.

answer 5
In general this product takes about 24 hours to harden, however this is dependant on number of factors: 1. Environment (cold-wet [winter] versus warm-dry [summer]) 2. How much product is used by the consumer 3. Where on vehicle it is applied, etc.
