Generally Chrysler specify transmission fluids by their own part numbers.
For older vehicles (up to 2000) Halfords GM6137M DII Fluid would be suitable (particularly for top-up).
More modern vehicles require a specialised fluid not carried by Halfords.

The amount of transmition fluid required depends on make and model of car and also the amount of fluid that is already in the resevoir. The halfords Ford M2C Fluid 1Ltr will be sufficient to top up the levels to the required level. It is advisable to check the manufacturers handbook before this work is carried out for specific fluid level requirements.

Assuming it is for the automatic transmission then the answer would have to be "NO". Ford have a special product for these models which has to meet their WSS-M2C202-B specification. We do not stock this specication. If it is for the power steering then Ford used two different fluids. If the product in your car is green then you can use our Central Hydraulic Fluid (CHF11S). If the product is red then again it is a special product that we currently do not stock..

Halfords Ford M2C Fluid is unlikely to be suitable for this application as its intended use is in automatic transmissions and power steering systems. Unfortunately we are unable to find enough information on any of the Ford specifications you mentioned that would allow us to make a recommendation in this case.
