would this product stop door seals freezing during cold weather?
I am having trouble opening the car doors on freezing cold mornings, if I coated the door seals in this product would it help?

Yes the silicone lubricant would help prevent the rubber seals freezing together and make it easier to open the doors, but please be careful to avoid application/running onto any glass as it will smear badly.
