Hi, Thanks for your interest in Halfords products. CarPlan T-Cut Colour Fast Silver 500ml will remove the fence's paint off your car without damaging the cars paint. You may have to apply it and remove a few times to remove all of the paint. If you find once you have removed the paint the fence has left scratch marks then a scratch remover should be used. T-cut will go some way to removing very light scratches but for a better finish a scratch remover should be used. Hope this helps. Thank You.
