According to the workshop manual any DOT4 fluid is okay. I am going to use it in my 1999 Fiesta.

Halfords DOT5.1 High Performance Brake & Clutch Fluid is the correct product to use in the hydraulic braking system of a 2005 Ford Street Ka. Whilst it is unlikely to do any harm, Halfords DOT4 product does not
meet the manufacturers requirements for this vehicle.
