Unfortunately we don't have an exact listing for this application however Halfords Central Hydraulic Fluid is a very high quality hydraulic fluid that is commonly used in the hydraulic systems that power convertible roofs. If your handbook refers to 'CHF11S' for this application then it is the correct product. If your handbook doesn't specify or you are left in any doubt then we would advise you to contact the dealer for more information.

CHF11S will be too thin for your application. You need the type of hydraulic fluid that is used on diggers and JCBs to operate their rams. It would be known as a ISO 46 grade. We don't stock such a product at present.

Central Hydraulic Fluid is a specialised product and is probably too thin for most bottle jacks. Try Halfords Jack Oil (Part number 398107) which is designed for the job.

Halfords Central Hydraulic Fluid meets the CHF 11S specification which SAAB do use for a number of applications including convertible hydraulics. If the existing fluid is green then it is almost certainly CHF 11S.
