It depends what you mean by marks. I would start off by claying the surface with Meg's smooth surface clay kit.

Use Scratch x 2.0 and a foam applicator pad with some passion then follow with a micro fibre towel then add your favourite polish/wax.

the best product for removing marks is t cut original. depending on what caused the mark ie: scratch rubber bump bumper bump and fine swirls use t cut original for deep scratches try with t cut original you may be surprised but you may need a professional repair.

You could try any of the scratch remover product eg T-Cut Scratch Remover, Meguiars Scratch X to name but a few but it all depends on how deep, wide and numerous the scratches are on your car as to how effective it will be.
