The Autoglym Alloy Wheel Seal will seal your alloys. However this is designed to seal unblemished alloys to preserve them and will have less of an impact on a less smooth surface

Yes providing enough time has been allowed for the coating to cure (1 week usually).

Is Alloy Wheel Seal safe to use on Chrome Wire Wheels
Chrome Wires are very time consuming to clean. Having a product that will provide a barrier to the brake dust and traffic film would be great.

In all honesty this product was designed for the used on lacquered alloy wheels I would not recommend its use on spoked wheels or be confident in saying it would benefit in aiding the cleaning process.
