Can't be certain about the formulation but my experience with it suggests that it doesn't. Tried to use it to remove greasy windscreen marks and it really didn't seem to have any abrasive quality and didn't remove the marks.

Car Glass Polish contains, amongst other things, powders which have a polishing action rather than a 'cutting' action.
