It all depend on the water pressure in your area, this does not spay the water directly on to your car it just wets the surface the brushes do the work

The Hozelock Portable Car Wash is pumped up and the pressure in the container then pushes water though the unit and out through the head

I guess it all depends on the thread size of your bush, there is certainly enough pressure from the tank.
