in regards to wynns engine oil super charge, will this help, not cure, the oil consumption which is becoming apparent now, due to worn oil rings?

wyns additives

i understand that wyns is good additive for reducing noisey engines well my car is very noisey due to high millege but do i add this product before oil or can i put in ontop of oil as i have just recently done oil change

This depends on the cause of the noise. if there is a faulty mechanical component then the correct course of action is to replace the worn or damaged component.Supercharge will compensate to a certain degree for worn engine components but with out the full details it is impossible to confirm that it will rectify the problem.
