Because it uses pressure from a tyre (20psi) brake fluid can only flow from the reservoir to the bleed nipple, so no need for a valve.

No, it's not needed as pressure from the tyre is greater than atmosphere making it impossible to suck air back in.

No one way valve supplied.

Not really required as it uses positive pressure from the master cylinder to pump to the bleed nipple

No, it only comes with the following
Bottle
Cap assembly with tyre connector
3 x hoses: 3.5mm inner diameter x 303mm, 5.4mm inner diameter x 303mm, 5.4mm inner diameter x 183mm
4 x plastic caps: 25, 27, 44/45, 46mm
5 x rubber seals

This uses a standard schreader valve which is fitted to most wheels.
The spare wheel must be returned to specified pressure when finished.
