Is it possible to put a rear air shock suspension on?
My friend said he will give me his Raidon air shock from his 2009 Carrera Banshee and i was just wondering if it would work properly with this bike.

If the fitting hardware is the same, and the eye to shock length and stroke are the same, yes. If not, no.

I dont think so. This bike was built as a hard-tail (no rear suspension). A bike with rear suspension has a totally different frame setup.

If you look after the bike it won't rust. Maintain it ie buy some tools, cleaners, oil and grease. They don't look after themselves.

The 07 Kraken has some better parts, is swings and round abouts. Is not a jump, DH bike or for drop offs, is an XC or trail bike. Bettr off with the Vulcan.

frame size?
i am 6 foot 2 and i no that the frame size is a little small for me after looking at the size chart but is it worth sacrificing the frame size because i cant find anything that is as good as this bike in the price range. obviously i dont no much about bikes.

Im 6ft 1 and this is perfect for me with the seat post up the bars are quite high so its a comfy ride theres probally another 7 inches left on the seat post so it should be finefor you

We would recommend trying the bike in store, perhaps with adjustment to the handlebars and seat height this bike may still be comfortable. Alternatively you may wish to check the Apollo Paradox 20" (239157), a full-sus MTB at the same price.

The Banshee is the better bike, but neither are warrantied or designed for downhill and jump riding, they are aggressive cross country bikes.

The eye-eye length is 190mm, the maximum front travel is 120mm.
