No, this must be operated via the 12v cable. Whilst it could arguably be handy to plug this device into the mains socket, it would mean having a transformer added to the device - would increase the cost and weight.

No, only 12 volt cig lighter connection, but that's what you're likely to find with all of them.

Yes, it switches off when it reaches the pressure value that you set.

It does not remember a value or the choice of working in psi bar, forgotten each time the power is disconnected, which is a bit annoying

Yes it does stop the compressor once the measured pressure achieves the desired pressure (you set the latter).

I suspect it will - but don't hold me to it. The only specification detail given is that the auto/preset/cutoff is accurate to ±1psi up to 50psi. The auto cutoff can be set to up to 300psi but is presumably not as accurate. I have no means of testing it.

LEDs usually last a very long time & in my opinion (Electrical & Electronics engineer) the LEDs will outlast the comppressor unit.

First of all I expect they will outlive the compressor.

Second you will need to be handy and will need to source replacements and solder them in-situ.

Inflation Pressure
Reference the Michelin Hi Power Rapid Inflator, Item Code: 261917-0.
I have a Motorhome that weighs 4.900Kg. Will this item take all six of my tyres to 70 psi without having to stop to allow the pump to cool.

First of all the weight of the vehicle is irrelevant in this construct.

You will be unikley to be going from zero to 70 on all six tyres so assuming you are topping up on average by say 10psi - I would venture that the compressor will have sufficient rest time in the dwell as you change from tyre to tyre.

answer 2
The inflator would have to take a rest period to cool down after inflating each tyre.
We recommend a maximum run time of about 10 mins to prevent damage to the inflator.
