I have a road angel 9000 navigator and am wanting to buy the 125. I am wanting to know if when you are using the sat nav are the speed camera warnings always on even if you are not in navigation mode?

if a route is not planed on the device, you will not get the warnings.

Sat Nav suitable for a motorhome with large overcab

Overcab is metal clad and will stop signal from sat reaching the SatNav when windscreen-mounted. Have seen older units with facility for external antenna but new models don't seem to have this. What recommendations do you have?

Perhaps you would like to try one before you buy at your local Halfords store.
