Yes. Provided you have a car power socket (the cigarette lighter thingy) and a radio, you can use this device. It will work with iphones.

Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch (all generations), iPod Nano 4G, 5, 6 & iPod Classic (up to 2 years old).
