It might be a bit of a tight squeeze, we have an insignia VXR and the back doors are quite little, it just fits in, might be a bit harder trying to get it in the back with only a 3 door! just go to halfords and they'll help you when you get there!

I don't see why it wouldn't. The seat fits in our car on a standard rear seat size. If the Halfords near you is anything like the one in Aylesbury then they will allow you to try the seat in your car to make sure it fits first. Though it is likely to fit in the car you may find it tricky to use once fitted - though this will be the same with any seat fitted to a 3 door car.

Is the Britax Eclipse car seat suitable from 6months

My daughter is only six months old but has grown out of her rear facing car seat. She already weighs 19.8lbs and there is no way I can keep squashing her into her current seat (the manufacturer suggests to 9kg/19.8lbs). I have read reviews and they all seem to say from 9 months. I need a car seat and I am worried as to whether this seat is suitable. If not what would you recommend?.

You can get the Eclipse plus which is suitable from birth, you can have that one rear facing until they are 15 months and then turn it round. That would be the solution to your dilemma.
