They fit on my ford focus really well after a bit of trial and error! rear middle seat beat is covered but can place a zip near to get to it.

No. You have to either accept a poor fit, bent around the seat belt socket, or cut a hole in the seat cover.

The seat covers are supplied in two pieces. One piece for the back rest and one piece for the seat base. This allows seat belt buckles to pass through between the two sections without a problem. If your vehicle has a centre rear belt which is mounted in the seat back rest then a small cut will need to be made in the cover to accomodate the belt.

Yes they do the front covers go all the way over but cover any pouches you have on the back of the seats

Front should not be a problem. On the rear you might need to fold it in order to use it as Matiz is quite narrow.

The centre headrest on the rear seat forms part of the seat and the outer two head rests can be detached.

Personally, having done this on my Focus, I think you should be fine. Some small cutting might be required but the kit has 5 headrest covers.
