The Castrol Automatic TQ Dexron 3 fluid is not suitable for the MR2, they require a specific Toyota specification fluid, 08886-01206 which we do not stock unfortunately.

For Automatic transmissions: ZF 3HP22, ZF 4HP22, ZF 4HP22EH, 4HP24, A4S270R/310R/310Z (with black rating plate) or ATF TQ DIII; A5S310Z, ZF 5HP 19, ZF 5HP 24, ZF HP30 (with green rating plate), REFER TO MAIN DEALER for other gearbox types and check label for special lifetime fill requirements.

ATF TQ-DIII is suitable if pre August 1998 - if the car is after August 1998 please refer to your Hyundai dealer.

Unfortunately, Castrol don't offer an automatic transmission fluid in the UK that is a direct equivalent to the Honda ATF-Z1 product and using a different product may cause problems with the smooth operation of your gearbox. Unless you can find an alternative that specifically states it is equivalent to ATF-Z1, we would recommend talking to your Honda dealer.

Unfortunately, the specification ATF SP3 is a specific friction modified product and the Castrol products ( TQ-D and ATF TQD-III ) would neither be suitable, or recommended I would suggest that the main dealer will need to be contacted for this product.
