I've just got this seat for my son who's 2&9 months old, 3ft3inchs & 16 kg. The Halfords assistant confirmed it was definately the weight that was the deciding factor. There is no info anywhere when you're looking so I was relieved when she confirmed this after hours of trailing the internet!! My son fits in lovely & it's so comfy, even for sleeping in!!

yes, my daughter is almost 3yrs old and also weighs 2 1/2 stone. Be aware that the car seat does not recline for a sleeping child.

It fits in my Peugeot 206 so I would think it would fit in a mini no problem

Their is no widest point on the base of the seat, it the same size all round on the base, and a graco high backed booster fitted in my bucket seats in the back of my car with no problems

My last car seat was a graco and i have bucket seats in the back of my renault megane covertable, and it fitted perfectly in the back of mine, goto the store and ask them to try it, but it should do.
